Core Strength

Say goodbye to sit-ups and crunches! This class is designed to functionally strengthen your abs AND back with core muscle exercises that encourage balance and symmetry!


A fitness program that encompasses all aspects of fitness, RIPPED is an acronym for Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. Designed for all fitness levels, RIPPED allows a novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense, full-body workout.

Silver Sculpt and Stretch

This class focuses on strength, stretching and relaxation techniques; addresses flexibility and balance in an atmosphere that is designed for participants 'young at heart'.

Step and Strength

Basic to intermediate step choreography alternated with sets of strength training keeps your heart rate up as you tone your muscles. Work your whole body with the perfect combination of cardio and weights!


Group Strength Training. Our instructors will lead you through a non-stop progression of strength building exercises to increase muscular endurance using a variety of equipment. Add this class to your schedule to help you build a lean, strong physique!


WARRIOR Combat is boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce. WARRIOR Combat has 2 30-minute sections; FIGHT CLUB includes timed intervals and FIGHT NIGHT moves to music. Both sections include boxing combinations, HIIT training, total body conditioning and strength.

WARRIOR Strength

WARRIOR Strength is functional training for all levels and all types who want to sweat and feel their muscles burn! With 30 and 60 minute options, playlists that literally rock, and original formulas WARRIOR Strength is a one-of-a-kind endorphin rush!
