Barre & Pilates Classes

Stretch, tone and tighten in these ballet-inspired classes, no experience required. They're so fun, you might not even notice the burn! Below are the Barre & Pilates classes we offer. Check your club's studio schedule for times.

Barre Fusion

In Barre Fusion, we combine our favorite parts of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Instead of the barre, this class uses gliding discs, hand weights, Bender Balls, and your own body weight, to deliver the burn and strengthen & lengthen your muscles. Barre Fusion is great for all fitness levels.

Hot Pilates

Follow our instructors through a high-intensity, low impact workout based on Pilates principles. Strengthen muscles and heat up your core in our 90+ degree radiantly warmed room, followed by a restorative cool down.

POP Pilates®

POP Pilates® is a fast-paced and fun class that combines total body strengthening moves with today's best music! You'll leave feeling sweaty, strong and excited for your next class. All fitness levels are welcome at POP Pilates®!

Simply Pilates

Classic Pilates movements presented at a slower pace and with more modifications. This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or that have injuries that need to be addressed, while still building a strong, sleek physique.
