Each club has a cardio area containing a full assortment of cardio machines (treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, step machines, etc.) along with a variety of entertainment options. Many clubs offer a combination of the following activities and amenities: unlimited [studio/group fitness] classes, pools, Child Care & Kidz Klub, personal training, saunas & steam rooms, HydroMassage, basketball, racquetball, indoor pickleball, weight lifting and state-of-the-art fitness machines. Children may stay in Child Care & Kidz Klub for up to two hours and must be on your California Family Fitness membership.

Yes. California Family Fitness offers one-on-one personal training, semi-private training, small group training and Body Fit team training.

The Cal Fit app is available in the App Store and on Google Play. In addition to helpful resources and tools to track your fitness progress, the Cal Fit app makes it easier than ever to scan into the club, access your Cal Fit Perks points, receive club updates, and register for Group/Studio Fitness classes. California Family Fitness is for fitness and exercise activities. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for non-fitness related activities. Non-permitted usage of facilities may include loitering, sleeping, or other behaviors deemed inappropriate by club management.

Each member 12 years and over must check in at the front desk with their own member ID to enter the facility. Memberships are non-transferable. California Family Fitness reserves the right to change rules and regulations at any time. All members will be obligated to comply with such rules, regulations or policies.

For the safety and protection of all of our members and team members/employees, CFF policy prohibits firearms from being brought into our clubs, except in the case of authorized law enforcement personnel. Any member who fails to comply with this policy is subject to having his or her membership revoked and being prohibited from using our clubs.

Payments can be paid in-club, through auto-draft, via mail, or within the Cal Fit app. Billing updates can be completed at the club or by contacting Member Care. Payments can also be made over the phone with our Member Care team at (916) 987-2030.

A member in good standing may place a membership on hold after 60 days of membership for a monthly fee of $15.99 (unless the hold is requested for a verified medical condition) for a maximum of six (6) months. This can be done by providing the club or Member Care with written notification. All members on the membership are subject to the Freeze. Billing automatically resumes the month after the requested hold date unless a member calls to release the Freeze early. At the termination for the Freeze period, the membership is reactivated immediately, and member's regular monthly membership charges will be assessed.

Cancellation of a membership is subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined in your membership agreement. Membership cancellations require written request at the club or by contacting the CFF Member Care team. All cancellations are subject to one final payment and/or Early Termination Fee depending on your membership type.

Changes to your billing date or modifications to a membership must be completed at the club ask a front desk team member for assistance.

A minimum of 10 employees are required to form a Corporate Wellness membership.

Guest Passes

Yes! Members can bring guests. We have single day guest passes available for purchase at the front desk of any Cal Fit location. Guests are allowed in the clubs between the hours of 9AM – 9PM. They must present a valid California photo ID, and complete a guest waiver form.

Want to bring unlimited guest for FREE to the club? Ask the front desk about our Preferred Membership options.

The guest pass is good for all of our gyms in the Sacramento area.

Yes, the pass is valid for a single business day. Guests are allowed in the clubs between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

There is no limit to the number of guest passes you can buy.
