Professional Style Courts

You can practice like the pros in Cal Fit basketball courts! We offer the following:

Gyms with indoor basketball courts include: Arden, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Laguna, Natomas, Rocklin, Roseville, Rocklin Sports Complex and Watt (Arden & Watt). There are hoops at the at Greenhaven and Midtown Sacramento gyms which can be used when group fitness classes are not in session. Outdoor courts are available at the Downtown Sacramento and Elk Grove gyms.

Gyms with Kids' Courts

It's never too early to start kids out on kid-sized basketball courts. In fact, it's one of many activities they can enjoy in our Kidz Klub program!

Encouraging children to play sports allows them the opportunity to learn about teamwork and good sportsmanship. These are skills that can serve them well all their lives. It’s also a great way for them to get into the healthy habit of exercising daily.
